1999 Pontiac Trans Am Convertible 30th Anniversary WS6

Here is an exceptionally rare, low-mileage example of one of Pontiac’s most recognizable special-edition performance cars. This 1999 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 Convertible was built to commemorate the Trans Am’s 30th anniversary and is numbered #741 of only 1,600 Anniversary Editions produced. Of those, only 535 were convertibles. Finished in Arctic White with Medium Blue anniversary stripes and matching blue-tinted wheels, this Trans Am has only 19,314 miles. The special White Prado leather interior features Medium Blue accents, embroidered headrests, anniversary-specific door inserts, floor mats, badging, and a numbered identification plaque. Under the hood is the 5.7L LS1 V8 with the WS6 Ram Air Performance and Handling Package, producing 320 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque. The 30th Anniversary Package added the unmistakable Arctic White and Medium Blue color combination, special exterior graphics and badging, White Prado leather seating, embroidered headrests, anniversary-specific interior trim, floor mats, numbered identification plaque, and blue-tinted wheels. The original factory window sticker shows a total vehicle price of $36,045. The original dealer addendum is also included and shows a $4,000 “Limited Availability Markup,” along with a $250 protection package, bringing the dealer’s original asking price to $40,295. That paperwork is a great reminder of how desirable and difficult to obtain these cars were when new. This Trans Am has had only two owners, has a clean CARFAX, and was last owned in Missouri. With no known modifications, exceptionally low mileage, its original window sticker and dealer addendum, and its combination of WS6 performance and 30th Anniversary styling, this is a highly collectible example that would be difficult to duplicate.
